CrossFit Dallas Central is proud to announce its 2nd annual All-Cities Open! The All-Cities Open will consist of events that encompass all three energy pathways and all ten general physical skills. Registration is capped at 100 participants and will feature a "40+ Division." More information to follow in the weeks to come. $75.
We are also proud to announce the first ever FRAN-OFF! Bring your A-Fran-Game, as the fastest Rx'd Fran time nets you a $1.000.00 cash prize. No surprises, no gimmicks, no mysteries. Just 21-15-9 thrusters and pull-ups. If you got it, we want to see it. Limited to 50 participants. $25.
